Capitalized terms shall have the meaning designated in the applicable Site Terms of Service, or other applicable contract or license.

Definitions
The term Personal Information means information about you that is personally identifiable, such as your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available. The term Non-Personal Information means information that does not personally identify you and cannot be used to contact you or identify you (for example, information about your computer configuration, Software/Site usage, etc.) The term Information means both Personal Information and Non-Personal Information.

Networks
Privacy is fundamental to CampusYap. Each campus on CampusYap lives in a separate Network that assures the privacy of its Members and the User Content posted in that Network. Here's how it works:
Your Network is defined by your university’s email domain.
For example, all users who sign up with a ".upenn.edu" email address would be part of the UPenn network. To join a Network, you must confirm your email address.
Only the people in your Network can view the Member profiles and feeds.
We don't share your private information with advertisers or third parties. This includes your email address and the email addresses of others in your Network.
